Grace Layne Photography - Brennan Wedding

I met Alexis and Brayden, when Brayden wanted to surprise Alexis with a mommy and me session last year! We hit it off right away ( I fell in love with their little sweetie pie Nolan) and we ended up chatting about their upcoming wedding and the rest is history!

I arrived at their venue and instantly knew it was going to be a GORGEOUS wedding! The venue was such a neat place, that I honestly had no idea was just 15 minutes away from my house in Huntington. But what sealed that deal, was when I saw Alexis. She was absolutely STUNNING!

Alexis hand picked each detail for their wedding and she did a phenomenal job. She did not miss a thing! I started out photographing her details; rings, earrings, necklace, veil etc. And when I got done with that it was time to do the getting ready shots!

After both Alexis and Brayden were ready for their big day, we got all set up for the first look. This first look was so full of love and joy for finally being able to marry their best friend and love of their lives, that it just about made me tear up! I am a sucker for love stories and theirs sure got me!

It was a beautiful day, but I will say we all melted within 15 minutes of being out in that heat! I am sure I looked like a cherry tomato, but Alexis stayed flawless! I need to know her secret! 😅

The reception started off with a super yummy potato bar and beautiful dances, and followed with an epic cake cutting where most of the cake ended up all over Brayden's face and jacket! We were able to sneak away for some epic sunset portraits that I am in love with! Then we called it a night!

This wedding was so full of love and laughter, and I loved getting to be a part of it! I know Alexis and Brayden will have the happiest of marriages and am so happy I was there to witness their big day!
